The Barbarossa F&B Group was founded in 2002. The company is based in Shanghai and focuses on F&B business development in China market. Developed by the three owners from Hong Kong, the group has the well-known “Barbarossa Lounge” situated in the middle of Peoples Park, “Ministry of Crab” from Sri Lanka – a regular feature on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, “Molokai”, a modern interpretation of the Hong Kong cafeteria, “Estado Puro”, a Spanish Tapas Bar, “Calix”, a contemporary American restaurant and “Kokio”, a noodle bar inside Disney Town, Shanghai. Each location has its own unique style and design and with a keen attention to even the smallest detail, the group ensures a special experience for their customers.

The group’s philosophy is to bring interesting and different ideas to the restaurant scene in China. “We are always looking to do something different” said one of the founders of the Barbarossa group, “and we are passionate about introducing new F&B concepts to the ever developing and exciting Chinese market.”
